Job Summary:

We are a certified Hubspot GOLD partner agency looking for a motivated CRM / Hubspot Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing Hubspot CRM for our clients, which includes the creation and management of landing pages, marketing emails, marketing automation, forms, and other assets within the Hubspot platform. You will work closely with cross-functional teams such as account management, creative, and development to ensure our Hubspot platform implementation meets our client’s business objectives.

While prior experience with Hubspot is preferred, we are willing to train the right candidate on the platform.


Develop and implement effective Hubspot marketing automation strategies, plans, and tactics for our clients that align with their business objectives.
Manage the overall health of the Hubspot database for our clients, including data quality, and segmentation.
Implement and manage email marketing campaigns within the Hubspot platform for our clients.
Create lead nurturing campaigns to drive lead conversion and sales for our clients.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including account management, creative, and development to ensure effective use of the Hubspot platform for our clients, including training and adoption of best practices.
Analyze and report on the performance of Hubspot campaigns for our clients to drive insights and actionable recommendations.
Monitor and manage the performance of the Hubspot platform for our clients to ensure optimal usage and effectiveness.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve Hubspot strategies for our clients.


At least 3 years of experience in CRM / Hubspot management or a related field.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Hubspot software and other marketing automation tools.
Experience with database management and segmentation.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of inbound marketing strategies and tactics.
HubSpot certification (or willingness to obtain certification) is a plus
Proven track record of successful Hubspot implementation and management is a plus.
