HR & Talent Acquisition Manager

Krein is a digital company based in Milan, Florence, Mantua and New York operating in Digital Advisory applied to B2B markets and engineering sectors since 2017.

The company relies on more than 15 years of experience of its founders in the development of Integrated Digital Strategies and Digital Product Development. Among the sectors covered: Energy & Renewables, Aerospace, Industrial Lighting, Power Generation, Electronics, Industry 4.0, IT and Manufacturing in general.

 

With a view to strengthening Milan HQ, Krein is looking for an experienced and motivated manager in HR & Talent Acquisition Manager. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with Krein’s executive management and key decision makers, including Finance, Project Management, Accounting, Product and IT Engineering. The main goal will be to enable the recruitment of the most visionary talents for the Krein’s expansion in EMEA and US markets.

 

Job Description

  • Deliver precise, compliant, HR operations within IT and Consulting environment in a timely manner and with the highest degree of accuracy
  • Be accountable for talent planning, succession, assessments and HR processes that drive a high performing team
  • Work with senior managers across the business on performance management, organisational design, employee engagement and workforce planning
  • Coach and advise managers on the full spectrum of employee relations issues across multiple countries
  • Partner with managers to support the delivery of appropriate training and development programs
  • Use your HR expertise, energy and business acumen to establish a trusted partnership with the business in your region
  • Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
  • Deliver on business-critical HR related projects globally

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree qualified, with a professional HR qualification
  • Italian (native), English fluency
  • Experience of working in digital organization
  • Demonstrated experience of international HR partnerships
  • Able to use data to make informed decisions
  • Knowledge and practical application of HR practices and employment law in EMEA region
  • Able to prioritise, manage time effectively and work under pressure
  • Self motivated, organised, confident, and results-orientated
  • A clear focus on accuracy
