We cover a wide array of sectors including Energy & Renewables, Aerospace, Industrial Lighting, Power Generation, Electronics, Industry 4.0, IT, and Manufacturing.

We're actively seeking a talented and dedicated Webflow Frontend Developer to join our dynamic team. Are you passionate about web design and development? The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, strong technical skills and the ability to transform client requirements into visually appealing and interactive web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop responsive and high-performance websites using Webflow, HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
• Work closely with the design team to create prototypes and convert UX/UI designs into code;
• Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability;
• Maintain and enhance existing websites;
• Contribute to brainstorming and conceptualization phases of new projects;
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and troubleshoot any issues;
• Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in the web industry.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated proficiency and substantial experience in Webflow, HTML, CSS and JavaScript;
• Good eye for design and solid UI/UX design skills;
• Basic knowledge of design tools like Figma;
• Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
• Initiative, autonomy, and a passion for problem-solving;
• Proficiency in Italian (fluent) and basic English skills.

Valued Skills (Not Mandatory):

• Experience with Airtable, Monday, Storyblok and no-code automation systems;
• Familiarity with project management tools and automated workflows;
