Project GENHAPI

The project aims to revolutionize the interaction between users and existing applications through the integration of an AI chatbot, by building a scalable and adaptable model for various application contexts. The goal is to transform traditional user-application interactions—often limited by complex interfaces and static functionalities—into intuitive, efficient, and easily customizable user experiences. This approach introduces the important theme of Accessibility, a topic that is not currently considered fundamental in traditional channels but is a central issue for the European community. This interaction channel therefore represents a unique opportunity to make access to applications more inclusive and accessible to all users, regardless of their abilities or familiarity with digital technologies.
