
Building Atlante’s Digital Ecosystem: Website Overhaul and Business Intelligence Integration
Atlante turned to Krein to build a new Digital Ecosystem from scratch, a comprehensive project encompassing a full website overhaul and the integration of Atlante's Business Intelligence systems. The scale and complexity of the initiative required coordinating and connecting different teams, with a total of 18 people involved across the project.

End-to-End Website Design and Development: From Customer Journey Analysis to Multilingual Launch
Following an in-depth Customer Journey and Competitive Analysis, Krein developed new Buyer Personas, designed the website's Wireframe and UX structure, and coordinated UI implementation with external partners, including a UI boutique and a creative agency with a track record of supporting Uber's campaigns.
This was followed by a structured phase of website development, testing, and validation. On the content side, the project incorporated a comprehensive SEO & Keywords Analysis, a supervised copywriting and improvement process, and the subsequent translation of all content into 5 languages.
