Since 2017, we've been specializing in Digital Advisory services tailored to B2B markets and engineering sectors. The company relies on more than 15 years of experience of its founders in the development of Integrated Digital Strategies and Digital Product Development. Among the sectors covered: Energy & Renewables, Aerospace, Industrial Lighting, Power Generation, Electronics, Industry 4.0, IT and Manufacturing in general.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Client Acquisition:

  - Utilize your portfolio and established connections to acquire new clients across diverse markets in Europe, focusing on sectors such as Energy & Renewables, Hardware & Semiconductors, Software & IOT, Aviation & Aerospace, Oil & Gas / Engineering and AI sectors.

     - Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.

  • Industry and Portfolio Knowledge:

  - Demonstrate deep knowledge and expertise in the specified sectors relevant to the markets you serve.

  - Leverage experience and portfolio knowledge to drive effective sales strategies.

  • Supply Chain and Dynamics of Buying & Selling:  

  - Thoroughly understand the dynamics of the supply chain related to your client portfolio.

  - Proactively identify buying and selling opportunities in the target markets.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Proven track record as a successful Sales Agent/Business Developer/Growth Manager with a focus on diverse markets.

- Established client portfolio in one (or more!) of the following sectors: Energy & Renewables, Hardware & Semiconductors, Software & IOT, Aviation & Aerospace, Oil & Gas / Engineering and AI sectors.

- In-depth knowledge of market dynamics within specified sectors.

- Familiarity with supply chain dynamics and buying & selling dynamics.

- Understanding of the marketing landscape and digital ecosystem.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to quote potential proposals, demonstrating a keen understanding of pricing strategies and ensuring competitive yet profitable offerings.

- Willingness and ability to travel occasionally to meet with clients.

WHAT WE OFFER:

The contract will be on a collaboration basis, strategically designed to highlight the pivotal role of your portfolio in various markets. While not a permanent contract, this arrangement reflects our commitment to recognizing and valuing the impact of your portfolio. Compensation will be directly tied to:

- portfolio fees

- success fees

- account management fees

ensuring alignment of your efforts with the growth of our collaborative success.
