Piel Website Makeover: Aligning CX and Brand Identity

Krein partnered with McPhy to enhance Piel's presence in the European market through a Website Makeover. Piel, McPhy's brand that produces water-based hydrogen and oxygen generators for "light industries" and SMEs, needed a Website that aligned with the Customer Journey and highlighted its unique identity within McPhy's portfolio.

This was achieved through a comprehensive analysis of customer experience (CX), market trends, and competitors, which informed the design and development process of the New Website.

Piel Website Redesign: CX Workshops, SEO Content, and Modern Jamstack Development

Krein conducted workshops with McPhy's personnel to analyze customer experience (CX), competitors, and the company's value proposition. This effort resulted in a redesigned User Experience (UX) with a clear Buying Journey map. The focus of the project then shifted to user interaction. By studying Piel's existing website, user personas, mapping the information architecture, and researching industry-specific keywords, new SEO-friendly content was created. Finally, Krein built a modern Website using a fast and responsive headless Jamstack architecture. McPhy's involvement was ensured throughout the development process through routine catch-ups for draft validation.
