Piel Website Makeover: Aligning CX and Brand Identity

Krein partnered with McPhy to enhance Piel's presence in the European market through a Website Makeover. Piel — McPhy's brand producing water-based hydrogen and oxygen generators for light industries and SMEs — needed a website aligned with the Customer Journey and capable of highlighting its unique identity within McPhy's portfolio.

Piel Website Redesign: CX Workshops, SEO Content, and Modern Jamstack Development

Krein conducted workshops with McPhy's personnel to analyse customer experience, competitors, and the company's value proposition — resulting in a redesigned User Experience built around a clear Buying Journey map.

The focus then shifted to user interaction. By studying Piel's existing website, defining user personas, mapping the information architecture, and researching industry-specific keywords, Krein created new SEO-friendly content tailored to the target audience.
