Krein conducted workshops with McPhy's personnel to analyse customer experience, competitors, and the company's value proposition — resulting in a redesigned User Experience built around a clear Buying Journey map.
The focus then shifted to user interaction. By studying Piel's existing website, defining user personas, mapping the information architecture, and researching industry-specific keywords, Krein created new SEO-friendly content tailored to the target audience.
Finally, Krein built a modern website on a fast and responsive headless Jamstack architecture, ensuring McPhy's active involvement throughout the process via routine catch-ups for draft validation.
