Krein conducted workshops with McPhy's personnel to analyze CX, competitors, and value proposition, resulting in a redesigned UX with a clear buying journey. Then, the work focused on user interaction. By studying Piel's existing website and user personas, mapping information architecture, and researching industry keywords, new SEO-friendly content was crafted. Finally, Krein built a modern website using a fast and responsive headless Jamstack architecture. Also, McPhy's involvement throughout the development process was ensured with frequent catch-ups for drafts validation.
